Technical notes
QR labels are far more useful with a readable title beneath them (e.g. 'Wi-Fi Password', 'Table 5', a product name); people understand what the code is before scanning. The tool aligns this title with the QR in a tidy box.
Enough quiet-zone margin is kept relative to the label size so QR modules print crisply. On very small labels a long URL yields a dense QR; in that case either shorten the content or enlarge the label so it reads from a distance.
Wi-Fi labels use the WIFI: format and are a practical way to share a guest network; table labels point to a menu/URL. Use the QR code generator for single codes and the bulk QR code generator for lists.
Static QR codes work indefinitely and are generated offline; they rely on no redirect server. Before printing, test the PDF at true size and scan it with a phone to confirm it reads.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Each label can carry a title/label text, ideal for a table number or a prompt like 'Scan for menu'.
