Personal Data Processed

The site's tools are browser-first. Barcode/QR generation, file (Excel/CSV/PDF/image) parsing and reading happen on your device; that content is not sent to or stored on our servers.

On the server side, only technically necessary non-personal data (e.g. anonymous request logs) and, if any, aggregate/anonymous analytics may be processed. If you email us, the name and email you provide are processed only to answer your request.

Purposes and Legal Basis

Data is processed to provide the service, ensure security and meet legal obligations, relying on legitimate interest and legal obligation under KVKK art.5.

For cookies and similar technologies, your explicit consent is the basis for non-essential ones. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Where hosting and infrastructure providers are used, any transfer is limited to what is necessary to provide the service and made in line with KVKK.

Your Rights (KVKK art.11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing and request remedy of any damage.

You can send requests to info@getbarcodian.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
